Wifi calling iphone Iphone 6 Plus

When I enable wifi calling on my iPhone 6Plus (bought from fido), it alwasys shows up 'contact Fido on this account'.

I called Fido for several times, they told me my account is good for wifi calling. 

 but still not working, what can I do? any suggestion?
