I got the text that I was over my limit, so I texted 'C' to add 300MB since it's about to reset. It completely glitched and added 3GB instead, so it charged me triple what I wanted to pay. How do I undo this? Fido is impossible to contact it seems. I have the screenshot showing their mistake.
You can definitely have it corrected by contacting customer service
