I dread contacting Fido.
The Live Chat function is horrible! The user has to keep watching the screen because Fido forgot to add the Chime. Stupid !
The agents takes 1-2 minutes to reply after each response. Fido wants its customers to be staring at its awfully designed website. Shame.
Thanks. In the mean time I have found another internet service provider. Bye bye to Fido Internet and its awful customer service!
