I dread contacting Fido.
The Live Chat function is horrible! The user has to keep watching the screen because Fido forgot to add the Chime. Stupid !
The agents takes 1-2 minutes to reply after each response. Fido wants its customers to be staring at its awfully designed website. Shame.
It is 2023 and the live chat is still bad as hell. I think the agent chats with multiple clients at the same time. Every time I ask a question or provide an information, it takes 5 minutes to respond. Total waste of time,
