Why can't I get my past 3 bills on my e-mail address or by mail?

Why cannot i get my past 3 mobile bills on Email OR my home . Fido is cheater . I tried calling them multiple times but they are telling they cant provide me netiher bill over Email nor send it to my address . How can i even get my reimbursement if i dont have physical copies of my bill either over Email OR at my address . Rogers and their all products are a farce and they are cheaters

Welcome to the community!

Fido does not provide invoices by email you can get them online or have them mailed to you I'm not sure why they told you they can not mail them to you. You should also note there is a $20 fee to have an invoice reprint.
