this is the most disturbong issues I have had. I just got charge 198 cad for my bill. I decided to check and I see long distance call that isn't even showing up on my call logs. Lmao like this is the second time but this time the bill came heavy on me.like!!! I am reading similar case all I see is virus making calls on my behalf. lol like how and I don't even see the number on call log!!! This most be the worst service provider.

Are you referring to the call logs on your invoice? If so you can see the detailed invoice by printing/saving your invoice details see here on how to do that.
If you are referring to the call logs on your phone matching that on your invoice do you by chance use WhatsApp to make calls? if so it is possible that calls made through WhatsApp used your cellular line to make the calls because the app deemed your internet connection to be too slow at the time, this behaviour is not the fault of the carrier but the fault of WhatsApp itself.
