I'm confused.
I have a contract with 1000 free minutes to call, also Europe.
A few days ago I called a german number as required with 011 49(country code germany) and the number.
I tried to call today but the computer voice said, that outgoing calls are currently disabled on my phone. I didn't make any changes in the settings or so. Is it maybe the new location I stayed in canada? It worked in Vancouver well but not now!
Please help me!

From what you're describing though it does sound like you have a long distance block on the account as you are using the right dialing pattern. Have you requested to add this in the past by any chance?
I suggest you contact us on Facebook or Twitter so we can check and if there is in fact a block we can remove it for you!
