Where to check the online order?

I ordered a new cellphone (no contract) online, but where to check the status of the order? I think the website needs to be improved indeed.

Website and app should be improve. I didn't receive a confirmation email on my phone order and can't check on app and website. So prostrating.

Once you order a phone, you'll receive tracking number as soon as it's shipped by e-mail. If you haven't received an e-mail after a few days following the order, this may mean that the phone is backordered.

When you order a device online, we send you an email confirmation. 

We will also send you an email when we get the tracking number for the phone.
