Huawei is giving away their wireless earbuds for every phone purchased from them in December 2019, and they request to see a receipt from where you bought it. Will the fido bill be enough proof? It doesn't mention what phone I bought, the bill just says 'device.'

If you did the purchase online you should receive a confirmation email, if you did it in store you should have gotten copies of the paperwork and an email confirmation, you should check your spam/junk folder to see if it went there if not you can contact customer service directly and they should be able to better assist you.
