UPDATE 7:41 PM EDT:
Fido wireless calls, SMS & data services are starting to return to normal for our customers. It will take several more hours for all customers and regions to return to full service. We will continue to work around the clock with our network partner Ericsson until that happens.
Experiencing a No Service? Keep calm and follow these easy steps:
1.Restart your mobile phone.
2.If the problem persists, switch off your mobile device again. This time, remove your SIM card and battery pack from the unit and leave disconnected for 30 seconds. Doing this should refresh your network connection. Once your phone reactivates, ensure that the Airplane Mode has been switched off.
