I closed my account August 20.
My final bill is on September 11.
My final bill balance was -34.63.
On November 11, my balance was changed to 0.
It has been 13 weeks since I closed my account and 11 weeks since my final bill came.
I have literally spent hours on the phone/messenger/live chat just to get less than 35 dollars of my own money.
Is the main strategy to hope that people don't complain so you don't have to pay up?
It's a pretty good strategy to make people work for their own money.
When am I going to get my cheque?

Hey there @cmvirtusio, did you ever contact customer service for this situation?
A cheque usually takes up to 3-4 weeks to get to you.
When you spoke with a customer service agent, did they confirm that the cheque was sent? If they did, when did they do so?
