I was asking for some deal on my phone plan, the first guy offers 10 bucks discount, I said  I need to consider about it. He was great, list all the plans that I need. However, the second representative called Maninder, was unprofessional, offered a $75/12gb plan, while I'm $45/11gb. 30 bucks for 1gb? And I said I want to take the first offer, he/she suddenly disconnected our conversation, super rude, And I hate this behavior. do you know how long I need to take for a really agent chatting? Super disappointed!
