What happens to text messages sent to me - my account's on temporary suspension (travelling) ?

I'm travelling and put my phone on a temporary suspension. What happens to text messages sent to me while I"m away? Will they be viewable when I restart my regular plan after about 3-6 months?

Hey mjpw!

Text messages that not delivered after 72 hours are deleted. 

Since your service is suspended, you will not be able to receive text messages on your phone.

This means that only text message sent within 72 hours before the expiration of your suspension would be received, the rest would be deleted.
