On my plan's details, under "Features," I see the phrase "Overage Rate : Data not included". Does anyone have any idea what this means? I've searched high and low but I can't find any references.
Thanks in advance!

Sure, I:
- went to fido.ca
- logged in
- clicked on "My Account"
- clicked on my line in the "VIEW USAGE AND MANAGE YOUR MOBILE LINE" section
- saw a "Features" section, under which is listed "- Overage Rate : Data not included"
Thanks,
-Dave

Hey @hairyhenderson
Can you please confirm if your plan includes DATA? If it doesn't, that might explain why it says "Data not included"
We may need to look into your account for more details.
You can contact us here or we can send you a PM.
Let us know what suits you best.

Hi @FidoJo1,
Yes, my plan includes 6GB of data.
On the left hand side of the "My Plan" details, it says:
200/UNL. E/WE+EVE. 5PM
Features:
And on the right hand side:
Here’s what I get with my Fido Pulse plan
It's a grandfathered account - I've been with Fido for a very long time. Maybe it's in a weird state due to age?
You may look into my account if you like, but really all I was looking for was an explanation of what the phrase means. If you'd like to PM me to let me know what it means, that's fine. I went over my data cap this past billing cycle and I was curious about what I'd be charged. I guess I'll find out when I'm billed!
Thanks,
-Dave

Ok, so in PM it was explained to me: My particular grandfathered plan doesn't actually include data, which is why the "Data not included" text is there. But, I _do_ have a data _option_. And that _option_ itself has an overage rate of 50¢/MB for the first 60MB then 3¢/MB thereafter.
Sounds like my grandfathered plan needs to be finally put to rest
