What do I do with old phone?

I just ordered the new phone as an existing customer and then what do I do with the current one I have? How do I trade my phone for the credits?

Hey McGillTajo!

The FidoTRADE program is something that is currently only offered in store when activating or doing a hardware upgrade. This means that you must trade in your device at the same time as purchasing a new device in store. 

If you have ordered a device online, in order to have it shipped to you, this offer will not apply.

You could sell it or donate it to a transition house .they give phones to residents for emergency calling .
