What countries are included in the 1000 intl minutes?

I just received a promo plan $40 which includes 110GB of Data, Unlimited minutes and messaging with 1000 intl minutes. It doesn't say which countries are included with those minutes. Can Fido please include which countries it is unless that means all countries which I doubt
