Fido doesnt reimburse a credit they owe me

Hello, 

 

I cancelled my account in february. The account had a credit of $57 dollars. I've reached out to the customer service team 3 times since I cancelled my account and they have not reimbursed the funds. 

Has anyone in this forum had a similar experience?

Welcome to the community!

 

When you cancel your account and you have a credit you have to wait until your final invoice is produced and the credit will be refunded by cheque and sent to the last address on file, it can take up to six weeks before you receive it depending on the mail carrier.

 

You should have received it by now I would suggest you reach out to customer service again and find out if the cheque was produced if not and you usually pay your invoice by credit card you can request the credit be refunded back to the credit card.
