What a terrible company to deal with

When it comes to trying to get a refund from Fido it's like you're asking them to move mountains for you. I have been waiting for 6 months for my refund and I am constantly being told "the cheque is in the mail" type garbage. Managers have no clue what they are doing and multiple people have given me multiple different days on when my refund will be issued.


Can you imagine what would happen if I was 6 months late on paying my bill, yet nothing happens to Fido. Absolutely sick of these companies being able to do whatever they want with no consequences.

I'm sorry to hear that it's taking so long to process your refund. These are generally fulfilled within 4 to 6 week as seen here.
