Website doesn't work for adding a phone

Trying to purchase a phone with a plan and add it to my current Internet service and the website just throws up blank windows and hangs on both my PC and my cell phone. What's up?

Hey @BryanMin

 

If you only have a Fido Home Internet account, you will need to activate a new one for your postpaid (wireless) account. 

 

You will need to choose your device, first. You will get a pop-up that will ask you if you are an existing customer. You can choose "Get Started". Once your line is opened, we will be able to link your Home Internet and Wireless account.
