Was Account Holder but not anymore...?

Hi,

I was the account holder just five minutes ago, but after clicking on something, now I've been blocked as not being the primary holder. I accessed the account through email and registered as the primary account holder. Where do I go give my account primary account holder access/privilege?

That's definitely odd, we recommend that you get in touch with a representative so we can have a closer look into your account.
