Last week I accepted the offer from the winback team with two lines and two devices. Now, the latest note on the file says that winback verification team will call me to confirm the device price.
It's been a week since this note was put on the file but I haven't received the call yet.
I don't want to lose this offer plus a credit check has already been done on me during sign up. Hence it would really be a bad business practice if I don't get what I signed up for.
