Voicemail setup

I have never been able to setup voice mail on either my LG G5 or my new Samsung A20. I press "1" on the dial pad and get "Welcome to FIDO's messaging centre"  It then asks for my 10 digit FIDO cell phone number plus pound key. This always results in "Invalid number". I am never asked for my access code. How do I do an initial set up of voice mail?

Welcome to the community!

 

I could be on of two things:

1. You have the wrong retrieval number

2. Your account is not provisioned for voicemail and you will need to call customer service to have it added.

 

I think it's most likely number 2, you can reach out to customer service through any of the available methods listed here.
