Voicemail not working

I just realized the other day that my voicemail is not working. When I select it from my keypad it asks me for my 10 digit phone number instead of my access code. Im thinking this may be because I ordered a new phone a couple months back, returned it and went back to using my old one. Any information would help. Thanks.

Let's try to figure this out. Can you please first turn off and on again your device then try the following?: 

1. Try to access your voicemail by holding '1' on your keypad.

2. Try to access your voicemail by calling the retrieval number: 416-821-6549
