Voicemail initial setup keeps replaying

Hi

My voicemails intial setup keeps replaying no matter how often I set it up. She asks me to setup a pin and greeting everytime I check voicemail.

Customer care has removed re-added it and reset it and I've rebooted and tried again. Doesn't work. We've also made sure I'm dialing Fido's voicemail box number +1 416 821-6549

I really want to save time for us both and not call tech support. Can someone from tech just by pass the initial greeting for me?

Just to confirm, do you perform the full initial setup for the voicemail or are you skipping anything?

Yep!  Doing the full setup, no skipping.

Do you press the pound key # when you're done setting up the voicemail?

 

If not, can you try it?
