Voicemail code

Hi dear ,

I'm a new fido customer, I don't have a code to listen to messages, so how do I get the code?

Hey @Anhphan31, welcome to the community! Alex here and I'll be happy to help.

In order to set up your voicemail, you must press and hold "1" on your device's keyboard. If prompted, the temporary passcode is the last 4 digits of your phone number. You will then need to create your own passcode and record a personal Voice Signature.
