Voice mail not working

I'm not able to open any of my voice mails. Always telling me to 'select the extension and press pound' !!!

1. Are you able to login to you voicemail at all or does this happen after you do so?

2. How do you access your voicemail?

3. How long have you had the problem?

4. Have you ever setup your voicemail before or is this the first time?
