Voice Mail: call date, time

Hi,

Standard practise when listening to a voice mail message was to hit '5' after the message was done and the caller's number, time of call, and date of call was read out. 

In doing that today, I only get a phone number. Did something change where only a third of the funtionality of this feature remains—or am I doing something wrong?

The voicemail menu is still the same. However, when pressing "5" in the menu, the caller's phone number, date and time will only be shared if they are available. Meaning that those details may not be available for all received voicemail messages.
