I'm in downtown Ottawa (Kent & Slater St), and the data speeds on the LTE network are very slow. I have an iPad ans and AirCard, both of which have flex data plans, and bot are getting between 0.1 to 0.4 Mbps download lately. Earlier this year, it was common to get 5+ Mbps. Is anything wrong with the network? turning LTE off and falling back to 3G, I get about 1 Mbps.
In all cases, I get 3 ot 5 on 5 for signal strength. that has not changed since I started using the service.
