Usim card delivery issue

I still haven't get my usim even my account was already opend in Sep.12th. There must be some delivery issue!

It is very uncomfortable that I can't use my phone! Over a week! Is there any other way that you could help??? Such as I can get usim right away from nearby fido store and if it's possible I hope there will be no charge for the usim card.
