Account Validation NO RESPONSE

I have been trying all day to get in touch with the validation team but to no response at all. I have called MULTIPLE times, waited for several hours on the phone but no body answers. All I hear is that there is a high call volume and despite waiting for so long, no one answers. 


I don't even know why my account is in this condition. 


Please help me resolve this issue.

  Sorry to hear of your situation. You should note that this is the community forum and not intended as a venue for customer services so we would not know the condition of your account. If your account was suspended for some reason, it can happen if the system suspects activity might be fraudulent.


 I understand you have attempted to contact the Fraud or validation team multiple times. From past experience, I was required to provide a number and they contacted me after a period of time. You may need to re-contact customer service and let them know of your difficulties reaching that team. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above. Once in contact with them, they will likely refer you back to their Fraud department and/or Verification/Validation team in order to get it sorted, though. However, they should be able to provide you with the proper numbers.
