I placed an order to upgrade my phone. When I attempt to "repurchase" I get the message that the update is under process / pending,
but I have not received any e-mail confirmation of this purchase so far.

Good morning @Spokocky , hope you're doing well. The message you receive when trying to duplicate your order confirms that it is in the queue and waiting to be processed. I believe that once processing of the order is complete, you may receive an email congratulating you on your new device. Rest assured, if your account says that your order is under process, then it is in the system and working its way through the various steps.
