Hello, I ordered a new phone last week and got a confirmation email but still didn't get any order tracking email until now. It's been already about 4days since I ordered, so I would like to know when the phone will be shiped. Normally, you receive 2 emails, the contract and the phone tracking number. Wait few more days, if not received just contact directly Fido by chat available in the support section at Fido.ca. Very_Happy
