On February 3rd, 2021 I ordered iPhone 11, changing my address online prior and confirming my address on phone with an agent.
The same day my new phone was shipping to a wrong address. Since then I called 3 times, each agent gave me different information and dates when I will be receiving the phone. Today on February 15th I received a bill that includes all charges and phone that I do not have. Moreover it is not the phone that I ordered. "Great and extremely professional" service. Unfortunately I have to cancel it tomorrow. Vlada Popova.
