Does that mean I can text any number in the world for free, and get incoming texts for free? Or only outgoing texts from Canada? Thanks!

Welcome to the community!

It means you can text any mobile number in the world for free but you can be charged if you text a land line. Also all incoming text messages no matter where it originated from is free.
