Changing FIDO Number

I've read through all the thread regarding changing my number and I think I understand that process.

But what about getting back access to your My Fido Account?

Can I have my number link back to my old account? How do I do that?

How can I setup mMy Fido Account with the new number but have everything associated with my older number available?

Hello @Moot,

That's an excellent question! 

It's best and recommended to set up your online account using your email address as login ID. That is something that customer service can assist you with to make the change.  

It's also recommended to make that change of username before changing your phone number to avoid potential technical hassle after your phone number change.
