I requested fido to add back my international 1000mins addon to my line and was asked if i want to start it immediately and to which i said yes.
today i have received a bill of 450 dollars where i was charged for the international minutes, when i called they said it was activated only from the next bill cycle. So they said that come what may u need to pay.
this is corporate blackmailing and said they said they cant do anything or offer any respite.
i want to explore my options of filling a compliant against this behaviour and report it to the right forum.
