Hello. 

 

I did not authorize these changes.

On line XXXXXXXXXXX

I spoke to a representative about a device upgrade along this line. The options presented online were only available if the plan was changed. I did not want to change this plan and did not upgrade the device on this line. Please change this plan back to the original $25 talk and text plan with no data.
