Unable to receive a call from a number in brussels

I am unable to receieve the calls from a number is brussels, I have checked over internet for the possible setting changes, but nothing helped. I am using an andriod phone.

I called the FIDO customer care as well, but of no use.

I am a new user and completely new to Canada. Please let me know , how to get this rectified.

The person calling you have to dial your number correct and it should be 00 + 1 + area code and phone number.

Any chance you blocked that number? Is the person calling you using the right dialing pattern? If you can receive calls from everyone else, the issue might not be on your end.
