Hello, I paid two times and i can't find de bill that I paid in my account. Now I have to pay 90 instead of 45.

Are you able to see if the bill was printed before we received your payment? 

 

It's also possible that we didn't receive your second payment yet. If you make a payment with online banking for example, it can take up to 5 days for us to receive it.
