I recently change my account but with the same phone number. Is there anyway I can find my old online billing history? My billing is really a mess now and I want to make it clear. Also, I have at least 4 refered friends and should have $100 in my account. Part of them is used to pay for my bill this month, but they are all gone. What is wrong?

Do you mean you transfered your Fido number form one account to another? If so, you'll need to re-register online using your new account number. Since the bills are associated to the account number, you won't be able to see your previous bills online in your new account.
For the referral credits, we're they already applied to your bill? Can you clarify that?
