Unable to reach Customer care or chat

Hi Team,

I am unable to connect to Customer Care, there is no option at all. 
Also not able to connect on Fido chat.

Did you get any particular error?

That said, you can reach us by selecting the technical support option or via chat on fido.ca or Social Media (Facebook, twitter). I tested it and it is working.
