Unable to log in & port my number

I'm a new customer to fido.  I recieved my phone yesterday (after having a virtual chat with someone who said it would take 4+weeks to be sent???)  and I wanted to port my old number from Rogers over.  After looking at old posts about how to do this, I attemped to log into my account on my computer.  However, each time I tried this I would get to a page stating that due to maintenance the page is temporarily out of service.  I tried again this morning and it is still stating the same thing - after I clearned my cache and restarted my browser.


Is there an alternative way to port my number over while the maintenace is going on?
