Unable to contact a human rep

I am leaving Canada soon and try to suspend my service. I have been trying to contact a customer service since last week and was on hold for more than 1 hour with no response. I have also tried live chat but I couldnt even get in queue. I have also DM Fidosoulution on twitter. Is there other way for me to suspend my serivce? such as in store?
