Unable to Change Current Plan

I'm a participant level 2

I've been trying to change my current mobile plan online and have been getting this error: "Sorry! Something Went Wrong. We're working on fixing it as quickly as we can. Please check back in a few minutes." I have tried logging into my Fido account on different browsers and have cleared the cache. Why does this error message keep popping up?

If you've tried different browsers and cleared the cache, the issue must lie elsewhere. I would recommend you contact customer support so they can investigate fido.ca/contact
