They offered me a phone exchange with an initial payment... Which they would give me a refund. It's been two months and they haven't given me a refund, I've gone through all the possible applications and they haven't given me a response. I want to return the equipment, I want to cancel and I have no options where to go or who to talk to, it seems that everything is done to SCAM CUSTOMERS.

If you made your original request within your satisfaction guarantee period, there should be no problem with returning it and getting reimbursed.
