Trying to contact customer service from abroad

Hi im trying to contact customer service from Greece. I'm using the abroad phone number given in fido's website. No one is picking up.

The number to call from overseas is +1-514-925-4590. Is that the one that you are dialling? 

There is also other ways to contact us that don't require calling, like Social Media or Live Chat.
