Hello there,


I had an interaction with transphobic staff online today. I have screenshots and such that I can provide, name and where there work out of. The interaction happened on Instagram. I have now been hung up on twice, told now can help, and now sent here. 


I find it hard to believe that there is no policy in place for online behaviour, if they say they work there. It's a pretty standard policy in many companies now, because it is looked upon as a reflection of the company.


For a company that makes money off pride and says there are inclusive, it's pretty sad that this is how serious complaints, with receipts, is handled.


Please help.

So no one wants information on who it is? The screenshots? Just a "I'm sorry this happened"? What are the next steps here?
