Phone service was supposed to start on Dec 1, received SIM, but when I sign into my account today (Dec 2) to initiate the transfer of my existing phone number, no plan is listed under my Mobile account, so there's no option to initiate the transfer. Is this expected, does it take a few days for this option to appear after the expected start date?

It still didn't appear after 2 days so I went onto chat support and they initiated the transfer for me. Thank you!

I know someone who called into support for literally this exact issue and they were told, "Try waiting 24 hours". You may want to try that and see if it shows up in your Account Overview then.
