To choose a new phone number when adding a line
Select your city from the drop down to see a list of available phone numbers. Choose the telephone number you’d like to use and click CONTINUE.
- Only cities in the province of your billing address will appear in the dropdown.
- If you’re looking to add a telephone number for a different province, you’ll need to contact us.
- You can view additional numbers by clicking Refresh number selection.
- If you get an error at this step, it’s likely that the telephone number you’ve selected is no longer available.
- After you click CONTINUE, we’ll reserve the telephone number for you.
