I wish to thank Ernesto in Toronto today who answered my call and request for a phone block after my phone was stolen. Ernesto was compassionate and understanding. He assisted me in using the phone locator app Find my Phone and waited online while I searched for my phone, which I found. Thank you Ernesto for guidnace, care and patience!
